The moment everything changed

ree

Today, during my meditation, I felt a deep and undeniable clarity: it was time to share my turning point — that quiet moment when I realised I could no longer live the way I was living.

For years, I was extremely successful in my Social Development career.

To everyone around me, I was the model professional: excellent projects, recognition, stability.

On the outside, everything looked perfect — an organised home, well-mannered children, a happy marriage.

But inside… I was falling apart.

I would come home exhausted, serious, emotionally disconnected.

My children could feel my absence, and they no longer had the excitement to play when I walked in.

My husband was right beside me, but I was so drained that we often didn’t even talk.

I was existing… not living.

It took my body starting to scream — burnout, extreme tiredness, symptoms that wouldn’t go away — for me to see that I had handed over my self-responsibility to a career that no longer nourished me.

The flame that once guided me was fading.

And that’s when everything changed.

When I joined my coaching certification, my intention was simple: to become a better leader for my team. But session after session, I realised it wasn’t just a technical course. It was a mirror.

It was about me. About the woman I had left behind. About the woman I was finally ready to meet again.

That was the moment I was reborn.

I decided that my mission would be to help others cross that same bridge — from exhaustion to clarity, from emptiness to purpose, from survival to a life filled with meaning.

Since then, I’ve immersed myself in more trainings, certifications, practices, and methods… all with one intention: to serve, elevate, and guide those who today feel the way I once felt.

Because no one deserves to live life merely surviving. And I’m here to remind you of that
